Hey! I’m Janelle.

I love treasure hunting and sifting through discarded goods, looking for things that are ready to be appreciated in a new way. I love moving things around my house until they look and feel just right (just ask my husband, he loves this about me). I love sitting down at my art desk and creating something new from a blank canvas and a pile of interesting colors and materials.

It took me a while to realize that these things that I love - thrifting, styling, creating art - actually go together pretty effortlessly. What do they all have in common? When done with intention, meaning, and joy, they inform the experience we have in a space - more specifically, in our homes. They contribute to the environment we create for ourselves. They make us feel something, they give us something to look at and think about and talk about, they welcome and invite others into our hearts and our desires and our stories.

My passion is in creating spaces that bring us comfort and joy, that hold meaning and memories. Spaces that tell the story of who we are and what we love and where we’ve been. Whether it’s by taking what you have and putting it together in a way that feels like you, or helping you find the perfect pieces to add to your space, or creating a unique and beautiful art piece just for you, I want to help you make your home the place that you most love to be - a place that beckons you and others to come in, look around, and stay a while.
